Headquartered at Kollam. He also holds a global reputation as Managing Director, Chairman & Franchise Partner for all his ventures. After his Education in MBBS, his passion to do business led him to continue with the family business. His visionary helped to implement new ideas for the family business. He started out with Five-star Cashew Exports and Imports in 2011 followed by Nizar Estates in 2012, Nizar Foundation in 2013 and later Established a dedicated School of Architecture at his hometown called Nizar Rahim & Mark School of Architecture in 2013.  He is the grandson of Shri. A . A Rahim (Former Union Cabinet Minister and Former Meghalaya Governor) and comes from a traditional family known for their business expertise. He continues to also be the Managing Partner for Mark Cashews ( a three-generation folded business, which is also one of Kollam's Oldest Cashew Export / Import House founded by Shri . M Abdul Rahman Kunju ) and Traplast PVC Pipes and Chemicals both established in the year 1974 & 1983 respectively. In 2017, he took the franchise for TONI & GUY Essentuals  at Kollam making it the first premium saloon in the city. His continuous passion and strong management skills in the field of business has helped him reach out to establish more upcoming ventures in the future.
